Joseph I purchased this tape on April 2, 2021. It is now December 4, 2021 and still have not received it. I've sent numerous messages asking for help, or at least a explanation and have had no response. I appreciate that the money supposedly went to a charity, but I do not appreciate being denied what I paid for and then ignored. Please send me a refund for my order.
